Instructors will introduce
10 exercises that are
either functional or
cardiovascular in nature,
placed in a sequence in
order to maximize training
results. Each of these
exercises will run a
1-minute interval with no
rest in between. Complete
the first 10 and rest 1
minute. Follow that with
isometric core work for
1-2 minutes and that's the
end of block one-
complete the same block
three times through and
your have your
triDECAfect. Not for the
very beginner but
modifications allow for
all demographics to
participate.

alternates from cycling to
treadmill work, sometimes
track work. BRICK land
is not for the beginner
participant but instead
for the intermediate /
advanced Cardiovascular
Endurance Participant.
Transitions are included
in the layered training so
cycling shoes are highly
suggested! This is a

participant in that all
forms of movement,

setting. Five exercises
are given in the round-
Each exercise is completed
for 1 minute before having
10 seconds to move to the
next station. Once two
full rounds are completed
you experience a recovery
section where 5 new
exercises are introduced
for a second block of two
rotations of the same
interval, take another
recovery while your 3rd
and last block is
introduced. Expect to work
in High Cardiovascular
zones, not for the
beginner! Advanced levels

is a total of three blocks

boxing gloves to begin
punching and kicking a
free standing bag. During
this segment you'll learn
proper punching and
kicking techniques which
flow into faster sets to

should have some fitness

to experience layered

track work. BRICK land
is not for the beginner

this class is a fusion of
American kickboxing and
karate that is technical,
fun and easy to follow.
This system introduces
techniques that include
the jab, the cross, the
hook and the upper cut
along with the front push,
back push and roundhouse.
Fast punching and
Isometric Chambers are
included as anaerobic
segments to the training
system. Participants are
encouraged to have
intermediate to advanced
cardiovascular endurance
but can have beginner to
advanced kickboxing
experience.

your skills, improving
your times, improving
your technique and
improving your speed. This
multi-level workout is a
lap workout done in a team
style. Open to swimmers
that are proficient in
swimming only. All levels
within proficient swimming
are encouraged to
participate. No tryouts
are required. Join the
team that is now number 5
in the STATE.

Technical Lower Body
Training developed by
Marcelo Ehrhardt targeting
all muscle groups that
make up the "LOWER"
section of the torso with
technical set up and cues.
This class is a seamless
30-minutes of slow and low
repetition with heavy
weights; or fast/high
repetition or dynamic
movements using lighter
weights or your own body
weight; exploration of
anaerobic and aerobic
training to maximize
results. All participants
of all demographics and
levels are encouraged to
attend as there is strong
emphasis on progression.

targets all muscle groups
that make up your CORE
(abdominals and back) with
technical set up and cues.
It's a seamless series of
isometric work with
dynamic movement attached
to it done both in supine
and prone positions. All
you need is your BODY for
this short yet challenging
class for all levels.

stationary bike. Classes
can differ in style in
that profiles can include
hills, flat roads, springs

early if you are new to
cycling in order for our
instructors to set you up
properly. All levels

Complex Training

This class utilizes the
concept of a "complex" in
which several exercises
are performed back to back
with no rest. By
alternating upper and
lower body exercises
without setting down your
heavy dumbbells, this
class will help you
elevate both your strength
and conditioning
concurrently. Class will
begin with mobility work,
followed by in-depth
technical training on
fundamental strength
movements, and finish with
3-6 rounds of the complex.
All levels welcome.

to simply get yardage in
and there is no emphasis
on preparing you for
upcoming Swim Meets.

from 1500-2500 meters.
Technique will also be
explored. Swim laps while
having a coach.
