Traditional personal training normally estimates your overall fitness with a brief assessment and then has you lift weights. PT360 uses a comprehensive PT360 Assessment that includes a detailed health and objectives questionnaire and a series of measurements of current conditioning including a functional movement screening (FMS), VO2 cardio test, and the Inbody 520 body composition analysis. The Inbody 520 is one of the best body composition analyzers currently available; it indicates the ratio of lean body mass to fat mass in the entire body and in each individual limb. It also compares the body composition to an ideal composition. This allows an LSF Trainer to immediately suggest how much muscle you should gain and how much fat you should lose, as well as identify muscle imbalances to correct.
With the knowledge from the PT360 Assessment, you and your trainer create a detailed multi-month fitness plan. Each individual session is not just one more day at the gym, but a targeted part of long-term plan for your wellness. Additional PT360 Re-Assessments, performed every 90 days, will make sure you are staying on track. By breaking your fitness plan into cycles and monitoring your progress with scans and movement assessments, PT360 will help you get unparalleled results and blow through “fitness plateaus.”

Kettlebell Power - A 45-minute full-body workout utilizing kettlebells and body weight movements to promote fat loss and increase core strength. If you are a runner, or trying to get swimsuit-ready, this class is for you. Kettlebell Power is intended for intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
PT for Racquet Sports – Join PT360 trainer Christine Kuczek and fellow LSF tennis, paddle, and other racquet sport players in a small group training session specifically designed to gain strength, endurance, and quickness for your game.
