Every effort counts! Courtney believes that through small incremental changes people can reinvent themselves and the way they view exercise. For those already on the path of physical fitness she believes that fun activities and real challenges are the best method to keep up motivation and to continually see improvements. “I believe that the way you feel and the way you look at yourself is more important than what a scale or chart says. At its core, no matter your level of fitness; exercise is about improving the quality of everyday life and being able to live that life with fewer health problems.”
Courtney has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and attended Loyola University, here in Chicago, where she completed the American Council on Exercise’s (ACE) certification course for personal trainers.
