Training PhilosophyTeach clients in a fun and relaxed atmosphere how to achieve their health and fitness goals. This is accomplished through Yoga Based Personal training which includes proper use of Breath, anatomical alignment, balance, twists, inversions, flexibility, strengthen core and patience. Use of all workout equipment including free weights, selectorized machines, exercise tubing, BOSU, Kettlebells, Physio Balls etc... and your own body.
