Senior Level Trainer
Training PhilosophyLiving a healthy life-style is something that needs to be learned. Whether you’re looking to build strength, tone and condition, improve cardiovascular endurance, lose weight, or simply maintain your current physique, each of these comes from a good coach, education and a helpful hand. I am very passionate, ambitious, and driven about fitness and helping others attain their personal health & fitness goals. Additionally, I believe that integrity and accountability in ones’ self should be performed as the standard of practice for a solid foundation. If you truly want it and believe it – you can achieve it!!

SpecialtyPersonal Training -The approach I take with my personal training sessions is that everyone is unique based on each person’s abilities. I understand that everyone isn’t at the same fitness level, so I make sure to cater my training sessions to help build on the client’s already existing foundation. If I see areas that need improvement I work on those areas, all while working on the client’s existing strengths as well. Bootcamp training – This is a similar approach to my personal training sessions. I make sure that my bootcamp training is fun and motivating. Each class/session builds on the one previous so that there is a stair-step approach in fitness at each level. Whether my class, or personal training session is catered to one person, or it’s a multiple person class/session, I make sure to focus on each individual equally. I also make sure that not one class is identical to another. Muscle confusion is the primary focus to this philosophy. Are you up for the challenge?! Strength, Speed & Sport Specific Training - No matter the sport, whether you’re a novice or a seasoned veteran, I help you build the blocks that will make you more competitive all while improving your overall health. Balance, Coordination & Agility Training - Let’s face it! Core is the foundation to everything. If you have a weak core then everything else follows suit. This level of fitness helps you develop a solid core through multiple exercises that will challenge you both mentally and physically, to help you overall.
