THIS THURSDAY JAN.24th: 80’s Bash & Dodgeball Tournament

Celebrate LSF’s 5th anniversary by remembering when the club was first completed – in the 1980s! All week long we will feature 80’s music throughout the club and some 80’s style group fitness classes leading up to a Member Party & Dodgeball tournament on Thursday, January 24th! Press Kitchen will provide complimentary food and drinks for spectators and participants alike, along with a variety of other activities including a live 80’s cover band. This will be a party you won’t want to miss! 

Guests are welcome but must live or work in the downtown area near Lakeshore Sport & Fitness – Illinois Center! IDs and Work Badges will be checked for verification. You do not have to participate in the dodgeball tournament to participate in the other 80’s festivities.

Having trouble with your goals?

Our annual personal training January kick off is here! Lose 2 Win is an 8-week fitness journey and competition. We have some great prizes for the competition and some amazing deals for participants. The winner across both clubs will receive $1,000! Cost of registration is $299 and includes:

  • One 30 min consultation with a trainer
  • THREE 60 min one on one personal training sessions
  • Access to 8 weeks of small group training (6 sessions will be held at various times throughout the week

Entry into the weight loss competition, based off % of body weight lost.

Boxing Bootcamp!

2019 is here – are you ready to achieve your fitness goals and get into your best shape yet? Boxing boot camp is the answer! Join us every Tuesday at 5:30pm for an intense small group personal training class. For only $45, you’ll receive a full hour of one-on-one boxing with a trainer – focusing on form, technique, self-defense, and intense fat-burning activity – as well as use of the kettlebells, ViPR logs, and InBody scale to track progress and see real results. Wraps and gloves can be provided, or feel free to bring your own if you have them. Contact to register!

LSF is very excited to announce that Schwinn’s top of the line, generator bikes have arrived to our Cycling Studios! These bikes are powered by “4i” technology providing the most accurate date you can get on an indoor cycling bike on a console that your already familiar with. Happy New Year – come celebrate by taking a class with the best instructors in the city on the best indoor cycling bike in the city!
