Workout Space: Meta Room

Equipment Needed: Band, mat, TRX

Workout:

1. Three-Way Toe Taps – 2 x 12-15 reps with each leg

2. Band Lateral Shuffle – 2 x 15 reps

3. Band Overhead Rotation – 2 x 15 reps

4. Lunging Stretch – 2 x 12-15 reps

5. Quads Foam Roller – 1 min. each leg

6. Leg Foam Roller – 2 min. each leg

7. Hip Crossover – 2 x 12 reps on each side

8. Hamstring Stretches with Band – 2 x 12 reps

9. TRX Pigeon Stretches – 2 x 15 reps on each leg

10. TRX Wide Stance with Shoulder Opening – 2 x 15 reps on each side

11. Plank – hold 30 seconds – 1 min. x 2 sets

12. Side Plank – 2 x 12-15 reps on each side

13. Back Foam Roller – 1-2 min.
