Workout Space: 4th Floor

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, cable, machines, TRX

Warm-Up:

1. Treadmill Run/Walk – 10 min. OR Stairmaster 10 min.

2. Sled Exercises – (pull and push) 2 x 1 min.

Workout:

1. TRX Band Squats – 3 x 15 reps

2. Side Lunges – 3 x 15 reps

Side Lunge

3. Leg Presses – 3 x 15 reps

Leg Press

4. Hack Squats – 3 x 15 reps

5. Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts – 3 x 15 reps

Single Leg Romanian Deadlift

6. Hip Thrusts – 3 x 12-15 reps

Hip Thrusts

7. Walking Lunges with Curl – 3 x 15 reps

Core and Stretching:

1. Assisted Leg Raises – 3 x 15 reps

2. Bird Dog – 2 x 15 reps on each side

3. Leg Foam Roller Exercises

4. TRX Pigeon Stretch – 1 min. each side
