What types of memberships do you offer?

  • Young Adult Memberships – Individuals ages 18-29
  • Individual Memberships – Individuals ages 30 and up
  • Couple Memberships – Two adults in the same household
  • Single Parent Memberships – One parent with children
  • Family Memberships – Two parents with children
  • Student Flex Memberships – Flexible plan for college students who are only in town over the summer months and holiday breaks

How much does membership cost?

The price of base memberships ranges from $194 – $404 per month depending on how many people are on the membership. If you want to utilize both Lakeshore Sport & Fitness locations, $30 will be added to your monthly dues. We also offer flexible student memberships for college students who want to use the club during their breaks.

Do your clubs have pools?

Both of our club locations have an indoor lap pool and a rooftop/outdoor pool.

Do you have a membership app?

The MyLSF app (available on Apple & Android, or through a browser at mylsf.net) is an online portal and app where members can:

  • View monthly statements
  • View transactions in real time
  • Edit contact & billing information
  • Make payments
  • View membership information
  • View visits
  • View status of packages (i.e. personal training or swim lesson packages)
  • View weekly reservations & program enrollments
  • Book tennis, paddle, pickle, squash and racquetball courts, book a curling lane, book a massage & reserve swimming pool lanes
  • Enroll in upcoming events and programs

Does Lakeshore Sport & Fitness offer childcare?

Childcare is available for LSF members while the parents remain onsite to work out or socialize. Eligible ages include kids 6 weeks to 12 years old at Lincoln Park, and 3 months to 12 years old at Illinois Center. Reservations for childcare must be made in advance through the MyLSF app. Activities will vary based on the children’s age groups.

Do you have personal training?

Yes, our personal trainers are all certified and college-educated. You can purchase personal training packages or schedule individual sessions.

Is childcare included at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness?

Childcare is included in your membership.

Lincoln Park:

  • Ages 6-12 weeks: 1-hour visit per reservation
  • Ages 3 months-12 years: 2-hour visit per reservation

Illinois Center:

  • Ages 3 months-12 years: 1-hour visit per reservation

Do I have to pay extra for exercise classes?

No, all daily group fitness classes are included with every level of membership. However, some special fitness programs and events may require an additional fee.

Can I bring a guest to the club?

Yes, each membership receives 5 guest passes per year beginning in June. If you are 18 years of age or older you may utilize your guest passes but no single guest is allowed to check into the club more than 5 times per calendar year. Contact your membership advisor to set up any referrals on a trial membership if you have someone that is interested in membership. If you have used all of your allotted guest passes for the year, you can still bring a guest at 50% discount off the daily guest fee as long as they have not visited more than 5 times in a calendar year.

Where can I play pickleball in Chicago?

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness offers a wide variety of pickleball programs, including competitive leagues, lessons, open play, drill groups, mixers, and more.

Does Lakeshore Sport & Fitness have pickleball courts?

Our Lincoln Park location has 11 total marked pickleball courts and nets – 6 indoor courts and 5 outdoor courts on our rooftop. Our Illinois Center location has 3 marked indoor pickleball courts.

Is pickleball included with membership at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness?

There are designated free open play times that are included with your membership where you can meet up and play with other members. Courts can be rented for a nominal fee outside of these times – available only to existing members.

Where can I play squash in Chicago?

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness has squash courts at its Lincoln Park and downtown Chicago locations.

Are lessons included with monthly dues?

All lessons and summer camps are not included with membership. Fees vary based on the service offered.
