Whether you’re looking for an exciting cardiovascular workout that exercises every muscle in your body or just a peaceful workout free from the disturbances of daily life, our pools are perfect for your aquatic needs. The club maintains two swimming pools:
- Our indoor large multi-lane pool, perfect for training and swimming laps.
- Our smaller fourth-floor pool, which opens up onto the rooftop, used for much of our children’s programming and aqua-fit classes.
Our Aquatics department offers instructional and competitive swimming programs for youth and adults, as well as fitness and training programs targeting the adult swimmer. Check out more information on our programs, as well as our pool schedule, on our programs and schedules webpage.
Masters Swim class features intermediate to advanced swim training guided by coaches with the emphasis of preparing participants for upcoming swim meets or triathlons. Expect to explore all strokes and work between 2000 to 4000 meters each practice. Swim meets are not mandatory but are encouraged. Participants must be proficient in swimming to attend these practices.
